Brittany Hudson is originally from Louisiana and currently resides in Portland, Oregon. Brittany first came to the Northwest region after she graduated from Southern University A&M in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She was awarded a diversity supplement grant by the National Institute of Health to perform research at Oregon Health Sciences & University. While she worked as a research assistant she booked jobs as an extra on set for television shows such as GRIMM, Leverage, Librarian, and, Arsenio.
During the summer of 2012 she was inspired to do her first photo shoot with Ted Wen photography. The following summer of 2013 she submitted those pictures into Portland Fashion Week (Fall 2013), and this was the beginning of her modeling career. Brittany has worked for brands such as Youtheary Khmer, Kenneth Doswell, Posh Lingerie, Copper Union, O’Pearl jewelry line, Macy’s, Enell, Hostess House, Bridal expo, Portland Fashion Week, Runway the Real Way, Fashion the Cure, Weaver’s Convention, Curvy & Chic Consignment Closet, and she is Miss Northwest Plus USA 2014. She has also been featured in August 2014 Pose magazine, the art career project, hip hop weekly, and appeared on the Dr. Oz show. Her goals are to be a role model, bring publicity to human trafficking and slave trade, and inspire others to love themselves, advocate for diversity in the fashion and entertainment industry, and promote positive body image.
